Bathed in the Beauty

Bathed in the Beuaty of sunlight after a storm, a row of palms is the final touch in the perfection available to all who are lucky enough to visit Santa Barbara. Taken from the faculty parking lot of Santa Barbara City College, this view of Leadbetter Beach and the glowing cliffs of Shoreline Park is enhanced by the azure waters of the Santa Barbara Channel and the enchantment of nearly unexplored off-shore islands. The largest island of Channel Islands National Park, Santa Cruz Island can be seen on the left, and extending behind it on the right is Santa Rosa Island.
